Shipping is based on the weight of your order. On average, shipping for each clipboard averages $3.00. We offer FREE SHIPPING, delivery or pickup within the Cypress,TX 77429 zip code.
How are my items shipped?
Either USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be custom-designed, created and delivered to you.
Do you ship internationally (outside USA)?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship a gift direct to another address for me?
Yes! We would be happy to ship a gift direct to another address for you. We will also include a small enclosure card with your sentiments.
Do you offer special pricing for large volume orders?
We take great care to offer the best quality product at a fair and reasonable price. We occasionally offer coupons or special promotion pricing. If you are a retailer who is interested in stocking our products in your store, please inquire.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items are non-returnable. However, if you ordered a standard clipboard and you are not happy with the selection once you have recieved it (not the design or color it appeared on the website) you may exchange it for another one. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority!
